Debashis Bagchi:  President & CEO

Debashis has 15 years of general management experience in the telecom industry.  Debashis is formerly the President and CEO of residential gateway manufacturer, ShareGate.  He built ShareGate from a team of 4 to over 100 employees with offices in multiple locations.  Sharegate successfully developed products from concept to lab trials at SBC (AT&T now). Debashis established strategic partnerships with major telecom companies and raised capital from Silicon Valley institutional venture funds.

Jon Bengtson: COO/CFO

The former CFO of ShareGate, International Gaming Technology, Sands and Radica. Additionally, Jon has extensive experience in off-shore manufacturing especially in Hong Kong and China.

Forrest Wolf: VP, Test & Product Development

Forrest has over 25 years engineering experience in product design and development management.  He held management positions at International Game Technology, ShareGate and Bally’s.  Forrest has added expertise in manufacturing and quality assurance.

Gerardo Gonzalez: Managing Director, Sales

Gerardo has over 17 years of direct sales experience in the semiconductor and telecom industry.  He held sales management positions at Globespan, Virata and AMD.  Gerardo’s international experience includes over 5 years as the country manager for Mexico.  He also managed sales and operations for a wireless internet service provider.
